Port Royal

Port Royal is considered to be one of the world's finest neighborhoods. Waterfront beauty is a natural characteristic of this prestigious community. Consisting of 8 miles of meticulous boulevards and navigable channels, nearly all Port Royal homesites and estates are situated on a waterway. The west shore borders the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and to the east is the deep water of Naples Bay. Residents are eligible for membership in the exclusive Port Royal Club. In character and appointment, the Port Royal Club is comparable to the most distinguished private clubs in the United States. Adjacent to the magnificent Port Royal enclave, the Gordon Drive area is one of the most beautiful sections of Naples containing some of the finest single-family estates in the area and includes three smaller subdivisions, Sabre Cay, Little Harbour, and Gordon Drive Estates. This beautiful, picturesque section of Naples is south of the Naples Pier and extends along the beach to the southern tip of Gordon Drive at Naples Bay.

Gordon Drive is the single entry point into the area, providing excellent security and privacy for residents. The neighborhood was developed over time and consists of multiple small subdivisions on both sides of Gordon Drive. On the beachside are the largest Gulf front estates in Naples.

Gordon Drive Estates is a small, gated community of 9 single-family residences. Located on the Gulf, all residents have direct access to the beach.
