Unit #3 Sailboat Access – Cape Coral
Just to the East of those 8 cloverleaf shaped lakes is Unit 3. This is all sailboat access with a very short run to the Gulf of Mexico too. Prices to the North in this section are starting at the high $300,000’s in the Northern section and from the $500,000 towards the Southern portion (for old homes). The most Southern portion is Riverfront and has a couple of the largest homes in Cape Coral. Canals are typically 80 feet wide, with a few larger ones tossed in, and there’s the main Bimini canal that’s over twice the width. Canals here tend to be extra deep, so that’s a great plus too. The area still contains a large number of older homes, some of which will certainly be knocked down to make way for newer construction. This area is a great investment opportunity while you can enjoy your sailboat for the time when you own the property.
